What is the best Asus board with an 8x AGP that is good for OCing and do the new motherboards allow you to fix the pci/agp rate when ocing?

P4S8X has it

the P4S8X has 8X agp but I would wait for the P4G8X if I was you.. 8X agp doesnt do any good as of yet anyways..
but I'm going to get the P4G8X and try it out for my new P4 2.4b C1 and 2x 512mb Corair XMS 2700's I just got from newegg :0D

Nice, I may just go with the P4PE and wait to see if 8x agp amounts to anything. From what I have read it doesn't add much at present. The newer boards are higher priced currently.
