Ok, guys I have found out that in my system, the more juice provide with a volt mod, to the cpu make the ram get errors at high settings, so if you mod the mobo, check and find the sweet spot if this does apply to your particular mobo;)

example:

cpu@ 1.90v, max 200 4-2-2-2 2.8v
cpu@ 2.14v, max 174 4-2-2-2 2.8v

this is with memory, winbond, twin, also relaxing timings don't help, because the memory is not the issue, also I try higher volts like 3.0, 3.1, and that doesn't help, just put it @ 2.8 to see whats the highest it gets...
