how much do u guys think my 3d mark score will increase by going from 256mb-->>> 512mb??running xp scores are around 9500 now.

You may hit 9700 or even more.It depends of the speed the ram will run.

lowering the speeds (cas 2 instead of 2.5) to the aggressive settings helped my score a lot.

from all my memory upgrades I havent seen any significant difference in 3D Mark score in respect to Quality, but I have seen benchmarks comparing things like cas3 to cas2 and that tells me that memory speed is where the improvements are at
