Asus P4S8X, 3DDR,Up to 3GB of PC2700/PC2100/PC1600
Asus P4T533-C, 4RDRAM,Up to 2GB of PC800/PC1066
And what would be a real life difference between RDR and DDR?

Well the better one should be the one with the best price no one has really shown 8X agp makes a huge performance increase. Also when it come to Rambus its faster out of the box but with overlcoking and getting the memory timings set you can get DDR to perform as well as Rambus. I would say wait a bit and get a Granite Bay board with dual DDR, but thats just my opinion.

If you are going to overclock let me reccomend the P4B533-E or the P4PE if you dont want to wait for the Granite Bay and the higher price.

a p4t533c really cranked up would probably mop the floor with with the sis board. some of the guys are getting monster fsb and memory scores 4300-4500. if you want a ddr board id try one of the intel chipsets (845pe)
