Samsung PC2700 settings at 150Mhz

I'm gonna Vmod my Northwood-128 tonight and take a shot at 3Ghz. My PC2700 DDR is cas2 upto 133Mhz and cas2.5 upto 166Mhz (right now running at 133Mhz cas 2, 2-5-2, 4-bank interleave, 8 burst lenght) will just setting cas 2.5 be enough for 150Mhz? Or do I also have to lower the rest of the timing settings?

I have one stick of Samsung PC2700 512MB currently running in my system and it's on 160FSB 2-2-2-5 timings.
