yes, I know about ****i power regulator and 1.8V min
but, I`ve got one 566 celeron fcpga - that is 1.7V which is highly oc-able so it will be on 1.8V no mather what
but, the question is what about frequency multiple
can it be somehow set ot "auto"? because of the on board jumpers give me max of 8 and the 566 has 8.5
tnx

The multiplier is locked on the chip, so as long as you have a recent BIOS it should work without any problems.
