need mobo suggestion

i have 2x 633 celerons, 2 p3s of unspecified speed. i want a cheap motherboard, not nessacerly feature rich, but good overclockers. support sdram. if one motherboard can be used for all 4 procs, thats a plus, but not critical. onboard video, sound, preferably lan. any suggestions? thanks in advance.
