2.4B C1@non-default (air cooled)

I think my P4PE AGP/PCI bug explained at http://forums.overclockers.com.au/showthread.php?s=&threadid=133383 is hampering my oc's as video tests sometimes pass or fail but i can bench and memtest without error

max stable seems to be

@3006mhz | 167FSB
- with 1.525v can boot into windows and run all benchies except codecreatures and pcmark2002
- with 1.6v can run all benchmarks including pcmark2002/3dmark and codecreatures only if i use 80x38mm delta 80cfm fan
- with 1.675v can run all benchmarks including pcmark2002/3dmark and codecreatures if i use my 80x25mm TT smartfan 2 75cfm fan

@3024mhz | 168FSB
- with 1.725v with 80cfm delta fan
