Thats really up to you. If the jaggies don't bother you leave them off. Also you will get higher FPS with them off.

I play it @ 1280x960, 16-tap Aniso, 6x AA, on my 9700 Pro, looks fantastic and plays great (60+ fps at all times, in the 100s indoors) on a 1.4Ghz XP.
