Which would yield better results?

Inline Eheim 1250 pump->Dtek Heatercore->DD Maze 2 CPU->DD GF3 VGA

Or something else?

Thanks! I've seen some people have a loop like this:

Pump->CPU->Rad->Anything else

and I was wondering why :)

Well it could be for several reasons, and I think differences are small. One reason could be that this way of routing it is advantageous tubing-wise for their case/setup. The drawback of having the pump and then the cpu block is that the pump may add a little heat to the water and this then hits the cpu block. If you were to put more blocks behind the rad, all this extra heat would pass by the cpu in turn as well... even worse.
