I thought about those designs of 2 passive heater-cores:

Do you think that would work? Or the temps will be too high?
Any experience with that?

Opinions are welcomed.

EDIT: IMO, The second concept should be a step forward toward perfection since it have high water flow in the blocks (where you must have high water flow) AND low water flow in the heater-core (where you must have low water flow), what do you think?

I've tried fanless and I always go to at least 1 small fan to get temperatures lower. You will probably get high temperatures, but temps that are low enough to run stable. Make sure the fins on the radiator are vertical in order to take advantage of natural convection.
