Sweet price on the 21inch (200$ shipped free). But I've got a 19" and I dont know the weight on the 21" my desk might not take it.

The shipping weight for the monitor when I bought it was 77lbs. It is no lightweight, but it shouldn't be too much heavier than a 19".

And I found that the monitor is not an AG, just a regular shadow mask.
