best way to clean your lines out?? what to use??

Ive been running ice baths and such for benching and I know I have crud in the swiftech blocks whats the best method to clean out the blocks? a little bleach in the lines for a couple hours or so?? thanks

Some good ole CLR or White Vinegar should do the job.
