I just upgraded My 1800 Palimino to a 1800 Tbred. To get it to work I had to disable the SSED instructions in the BIOS. No problems there. Then I set up Coolbits whit the registery tweak. Now whenever I try to run 3D Mark 2001se I get an error message that follows:
***Hardware Malfunction
Call Your Hardware Vendor For Support
***The System Is Halted***
After getting this message I press the reset button and the system restarts with no problem. The CPU is overclocked (see sig) and the Video Card was when I got the message the first time. I have since restored the GPU to it's default settings.
What can be causing this?? I really want to see if the Pally to Tbred change was worth it before I reinstall all my games.
