what ram?

i currently got 256mb pc2700 samsung, i want 512, should i stick with samsung or get 1x 512mb chip of Corsair Micro XMS 333MHz CAS2? which is best for getting fsb of around 166?

for 166 what you'vbe got'll be just fine. The XMS memory would be far better only if you want to go higher

how do i get 166 on m xp 2000? i got the epox 8k5a2+, my temps are all fine but when i have 166 and save and exit the watch dog timer comes in, maybe i need to change memory settings or something?
