i set an fsb of 140 and it booted up fine and passed 3damark, when i played cs i got a random reboot so i changed dram clock from 166 to 133 and never had any more probs, i am now at 143 and still haven had probs passes 3dmark easy.. i am thinking about getting a 512mb corsiar xms pc2700 stick, may this be better for overclocking?
 
Better RAM is always BETTER.
For OCing, RAM can be a deciding factor.

Just SEARCH for them.;)

Oh, as well, what type are you currently using and then mabey we can compare it and Corsair, but Corsair is a good bet.
