Fan Headers On An Asus A7V133

I have asked this before....but....., what are the fan headers rated at for wattage, will this mobo handle a couple of Delta High Output 80mm fans with molex connector?, or do I need to get the 4 pin version....

The fan headers on your MOBO can only handle up to .5 amps and the 80mm H.O.Delta uses .58 amps. Looks like you are going to have to use the 4 pin connector.

In my manual it says that you can only use fans up to 350mA on the A7V133, I have 4 fans running off my motherboard.
GW FOP38 (is over 350 so i will change to 4 pin)
1 x 80mm (under)
1 x 90mm (under)
1 x 40mm running on F-Fan which does not support RPM sensing

I do not think that was what Dutch asked. He was wondering if the header could handle the Delta H.O.. It can't.
