TV out...s-video or composite?

I want to use the tv out on my gf4ti, and i was wondering what would be the better option composite or s video. My tv has both rca and s video inputs so I could go either way, and the cost seems to be about the same for either style of cable. Is there any difference in quality?

composite combines all three colors RGB into one signal then the comb filter in the tv has to seperate the signals into luma(light) and chroma(color).

Where as Svideo only combines the colors to create chroma and luma and bypasses the comb filter.

So Svideo is definitely much much better.
