Anyone know how to get ahold of Chaintech?

My ti4600 just went all goofy...it's only a few months old. The phone number in the manual doesn't work and the only way I can contact them on their website is through an online submission form, which seems to be down. I'd rather this not be a six month process. Any way I can get ahold of them?
