Asus P4PE and Swiftech MCX4000-B

my step grandpa is looking at building a new PC.

He told me these are the mobo and heatsink he is looking at. But wasn't for sure if the MCX4000 fits on the mobo.

Can anyone confirm this for me? Also is this the one of the better heatsinks for a 2.8ghz P4?

I'm pretty clueless when it comes to Intel. Thanks for the help.

I'm pretty sure socket-478 motherboards use a standard so that all heatsinks designed for that socket should fit them.

I have a combo similar to yours. Is yours stable at that speed in Prime95? I having problems getting my stable above 140FSB in Prime95.
