setting memory speed

I just installed my new 1.33 chip on MSI DDR board. I have 256 megs of Crucial DDR ram and whatnot. I set the processor to 12.5x and it runs at 1300 now, but the memory only says 200 at the startup screen. I have it on H/W atm which auto detects the 200. If i change it to 133 in bios the comp wont start and I have to clear bios.

When you set the CPU speed to 133 Mhz did you knock the multiplier down to 10x? (I know you said memory speed but it sounds like clocking the multiplier and the fsb too fast.)

What kind of ram do you have? (manufacturer, PC100 or PC133, Cas 2 or 3)
