When I get my new motherboard back (read in my other post about the bad bios on ASUS thread) P4PE I want to over clock my cpu. I have a 2.4b Northwood and Geil DDR Ultra 433 and a Swiftech 4000 with Smart Fan 2 80mm .

3. Is this going to help save the life of the processor or no
4. What voltage do I set my CPU at in the bios ?
5. how high can I go with this processor
6. whats the sweet spot in overclocking this processor ?

1. Burning in modern CPUs gains little or no benefit.

4. Not above 1.7v.
5. Only you can find that out.
