P.S . I like how the gigabyte board looks though hehe.

This is a minority opinion around these parts, but I like the Giga 8PE667 Ultra a lot better than the Asus P4PE. The Gigabyte has a better feature set, better quality and reliability, and its a good overclocker. (The P4PE can be a great overclocker, true, but I don't need to find the last MHz in my proc.)

Whichever board you choose, make sure it ships with the I/O plate. I can almost guarantee that what you have now will not work with these boards.

Man I would warn against buying any refurb stuff. I have first-hand experience with poorly made mainboards from big brands like Asus and a refurb is a good way to land a semi-stable and/or poorly overclocking mainboard. Don't buy one!

Why not spend a little on a new board like the P4PE. I just got one for a budget build and it can be had really cheap with a lot of bells and whistles like audio and lan onboard. The mainboard is an important part of a pc and hardly the most expensive. A small investment there will go a long way.
