overclock and usb card

If I'm overclocking, will this affect the operation of a USB PCI card?

Once the PCI goes out of spec, then the card will start to malfunction. As FSB goes up, the mhz pumping through PCI goes up. THis doesnt happen if u have a PCI lock, though....
