I have a GA-8IHXP with a P4 2.4b running ok at the min. The board will only let me go to 156 FSB = 2.8g But I want to unlock the multiplier from 18x to go higher and reach the 3gig mark any ideas ?

Thanks Loopy.

Can't be done mate. Sorry.

The only PIII or P4 chips that you can adjust the multiplier on are called Engineering Samples (ES) and they're very hard to find. Plus, not all ES chips can have their multiplier adjusted. But as far as a regular P4 goes - there's simply no way you can do it.:(
