Could be better, especially with a 9500 Pro. Overclock the card and the FSB more.

its a bit low.. I get over 13000 with my 9500pro on a regular basis, try playing with driver settings and see how it does

Win Xp don't make much difference. You just need more CPU speed.

Got 3DMark03? It seems to be more video card dependant than 3Dmar2k1 was...Maybe your 9500 Pro will stack up better in this bench.

Spli, try doing a project search on futuremark's site matching your cpu. It'll show you what people are getting at your speed with various vid cards. As far as I can tell for your cpu your score is in the right range. Try updating your vid drivers, that might increase your score a little. But without a cpu upgrade you're not going to get in the 12k range like skid & kil, prob at most you'll hit in the low 10k's
