I read an article on tom's hardware that SIS is making a good chipset for AMD processors.
Has anyone seen these reference boards?
it appeared that it would not be overclockable.
any opinions?

It looks like FSB overclocking is the only option. You can always cut and pencil in bridges L3, L4, and L6 to change your multiplier right on the chip if you need multiplier control.
