Nearly to the end of WCIII.... What an awesome story!!!

I am one chapter away from finishing WCIII and I have to say that the storyline of this game is very good. It takes many twists and turns and actually keeps you somewhat captivated for it being a videogame. I think that a good story is lacking in 95% of the games out there. Well WCIII has a good story, and that helps this game a lot which is lacking on other areas. The game feals unbalanced, it feals like the comp can just run over you at will, and you only win after you put up a fight for long enough. It seems like it doesnt matter how high you level your hero up, the comps are always stronger. And many other things about the game p*ss me off, but at least the story is good. The game is just good enough to keep you playing, and I would recommend it to anybody with enough patience to hang in there long enough to get the hang of the game, which for me took about 15-20 hours.

OMG I watched the full ending and it is actually what I expected. The credits are pretty humorous if you watch them lol. I think that some of the designers at Blizzard are on crack lol. A pretty good game, but still not what i was hoping for when I originally bought it. Still, the storyline was pretty cool, and all around it is a pretty good game. Just not the perfect 10 that I have come to expect from Blizzard, probably more like an 8.5.

I actually liked the ending though. I guess I'm in the minority.

I kindof liked the ending too. When I saw all of the stuff heading up there while trying to hold the undead off for 45 min. I pretty much expected that happening for the ending. Fun game, good story, and I cant waite for the expansion to come out now.

I thought it was great that the big all powerful demon guys (can't seem to remember his name) got taken out by a bunch of wisps. Too bad they can't do that in the real game.

You can attack with wisps in the real game, they do like area frag damage.

They don't have a real attack, but they do have the "Detonate" ability, which drains mana and deal damage to all summoned units in the range of effect. It also kills the wisp.

IMO, the ability they used in the final movie is more along the lines of a nuclear blast rather than the weak detonate ability.

i cant wait for the espansion... itz gonna be sweet i think...i though this gamw was deffinayly= worth purchasing... its really nice and its got THE best story line iv seen... better than SC though SC's wasnt *TOO* bad...

oh ya... and i LIKED THE CREDITS!:D :D :D

Nah, wasn't that the demon hunter from the campaign? The one I'm thinking about was called Archimonde (I think ?). He was the guy leading the undead/demon forces.
