Nice, I tried the older version before and it was kind of pretty.
It was a little laggy then.

funnyperson, have you played tenebrae 2, i havn't been able to find a dl for it yet... tenebrae release version is pretty cool, but tenebrae 2 has quake 3 . pak support which should make it look better and speed it up a bit i think.?

the release version seems playable for me at 800X600,

the thing i'm wondering is this... tenebrae 2.0, looks seriously amazing graphicly so far, even the quake.pak compatable version looks great, i'm wondering if anybody will ever join up with them that can do new models for the monsters and somebody to create network support.

I would love to be able to play that stuff online in some kind of tenebrea modification.

actually there are high res versions of the Quake models available as well as ones for the ammo packs ...linkage is on the tenebrae site

also when i just tried again with teh 3.1 omegas its very playable unless there is a lot of water...

I was kinda hoping they would redo all the models :P

they shoulda made the blood decal have a bumpmap and a glossmap! i forget which level it is but there is a kind of spiked wall and the wall is supposed to act like its going to squash you, and theres this blood stuff all along the bottom of the wall, i think i'm going to try to suggest that in the forum over there and see if anybody tries it... bumpmapped and glossmapped decals might look pretty cool. why is water slowing you down, do you have mirros on, and or reflective water, i always disable them because it is a ridiculously huge performance hit.
