I am planning on buying some Corsair XMS2700C2 from newegg, but I want to know a few more things about it before I order it.
I know there was a few versions of these sticks. The ones I know of are; the first batch of v1.1 had Micron chips, the second v1.1's had Samsung chips.
Now, the stick in the picture on the newegg site is v1.3.
I am assuming this is the newest version, right?
Does anyone know what chips are on the v1.3 stick?
Also what are the differences, if any, between v1.3 and the older ones beside the chips used.
