DDR Ram Speed?

Just wondering how I would find out my DDR Ram speed? Would I have to open my case and take out the RAM to see the speed? Or can I just find out in Control Panel or something? I forgot what speed I bought. =)

1)the speed its rated to run at
2)the speed its actually running at

solution:

1)yes look at the actuall ram itself
2)sisoft sandra is the first program that comes to mind. that will tell you what its running at. Either that or look in the bios


edit:actually in most cases sisoft sandra will also tell you what its rated to run at

Ok, which option do I look at to find these two things out?
