Just ordered a stick of this, going to put 2.8v through it and attach some coolermaster heat spreaders, hoping to go to 450mhz.....anyone else had any joy with this RAM??

Seems to be good memory, I purchased 2 sticks 256 meg Twinmos PC3200 with the winbond 5ns chips an have tried them in my 8RDA+(4,2,2,2) an KD7-E (2,6,2,1t,2t) an run 205fsb at 2.65v.

Bump
I would love to know if these chips can hit 250.
Someone over in the chip forum stated a guy got his 8rda+ to hit 250MHz fsb in sync with this memory!! Yea there's a volt mod there, but still, that's great memory

Wow 250FSB is what I really need for my P4M 2.2ES C1- now I need a P4 mobo that will also do 250FSB
Then I could run 250x12 for 3ghz and DDR500 :D:D

Does the module have chips on just one side or both sides.

Are these 5ns Winbond? How do you tell???

the last 3 characters.

50D

5.0 ns

the D however is curious. i read a review on the stuff earlier and it had B on there. the reviewers said the B meant cas2.5. but what could D mean? certainly not 3.5 (assuming C would be 3.0)

Nice, so it is 5ns Winbond :D

Hehe, not cas3.5 I hope! Which reminds me - what is cas1.5 all about? I keep seeing it on P4 boards.....
