Is it a memory problem?

i was running 200fsb x 10 @ 1.75v for about 5hrs i had it running prime95. i came downstairs to check and it had rebooted and said there was a critical error. the error was something about a mini dump. i think it's memory related but it could be b/c of the vdd on the mobo

Try upping your Vcore a bit.
