Which is the best KT400 motherboard for overclocking?

I heard that Epox has a BIOS update which gives you access to an unlocked tbred. Can any other boards do this?

Can any KT400 boards give you access to the multys below 12.5?

Please dont go on about nforce boards because I already know how good they are. They are over my budjet.

i read somewhere on this forum that all Abit kt400 boards auto unlock your cpu while msi cannot.
