Can I get multipliers 13 and above on an 8k3a with a 1700+. From what I have read I have not found a way.

If I am not mistake I believe it is 12 or less you can use an none of the higher multipliers with out modding the chip.
 
I wouldn't mind modding the chip. I just want to know if it is possible, and what I would have to do.
