so whats the difference between these two boards? both KT400, anyone used the 8K9AI, what do you think?

i got the 8k9ai and i love it.. it is fast lots of features and at a great price... so far my overclocking efforts arent too good though

Just like any EPoX board... a stellar overclocker I presume.

On a friend's 8K9A2+, I was able to hit 215 FSB. It also unlocked the T-bred B's multi. Don't know if the stripped-down KT400 EPoX boards do so well, but they're good value for the money.

Do the other epox boards unlock the T,breds? i.e the 8k9a basic thanks.

supposedly, all KT400 and nforce2 boards unlock all tbreds up to a certain point ie: 12.5mult. for my 1700+, some people say they are unlocked for most other chipsets too, 8k9a is kt400 so it is unlocked
