windows xp wont boot with 8rda+

i just installed my new epox and windows wont boot up it takes me to a blue screen and informs me that it might be a boot sector virus or the hd might be corrupt but when i plug everything into my old kt266 board everything boots up just fine... so any ideas??? do i have to reinstall windows just to upgrade my motherboard???

you probably installed via 4in1 driver... and it is because the ide controller driver don't work on the nforce2 chipset. If you have another ide card, you may try to connect your hd to it .... boot into windows xp and uninstall 4in1 driver and then loads nforce driver package
