Hey people, I just wanted to know what this option is in the GA-7VA motherboard BIOS. If you hit Ctrl+F1 in the bios, you will unlock the "Advanced Chipset Features" submenu and in there is an option at the top called "Fast Command". You can set it to "Normal", "Fast" and "Ultra". What does that option do? Ram timings? CPU timings?

something to do with the cpu to northbridge connection, in my abit manual it says if your having trouble keeping stable when overclocked you should turn it off/down.
