Corsair XMS 2700 C2

Corsair XMS 2700 C2 or GEIL 3200. 512meg

Newegg now has the Corsair XMS 2700 C2 512 meg sticks for only $122. I was wondering if it was better to get this or a stick of Geil 3200 C2 512 for $140.

How much headroom will I have with the Corsair, and how far have people pushed the 2700 with C2 latency? Should I buy this ram if I am planning on hitting FSB speeds of 195+ with C2 and at least "aggressive" timings?

I'm also open to suggestions.

go with the corsair xms 3200.

The 3200 is not an option as it is out of my price range... unfortunately

I don't think you will be able to push PC2700 ram to 195+ speeds without relaxing the timings quite a bit.

You get what you pay for.

Anyone know of a decent deal for good ram that goes past 195 with CAS 2?
