How and the H**l do you turn the volume down on it....it blows my windows out the Windows Xp is at a normal volume but when it post's O boy!!!

Mines just the opposite. You can barely hear her.

Wish you could change the voices - to like Nicole Kidman's English accent...

AFAIK, the only way to change the volume of the voice reporter is to change the volume on the speakers. You can just disable the voice reporter in the BIOS though.
