Iwill xp333 chipset fan problems

Well its been 13 months with my 2 XP333r running and guess what? You guessed it folks the motherboard chipset fans have bit the DUST!!!!! 1 month of Wining then the buggers hardly even want to spin without a KICKSTART!!!! They must have been sleeve fans. They've been running SETI 24/7 since Jan 02 so I guess its not THAT bad but its time for some ball bearing action--
I don't want to put anything expensive on these because I'll be seeling the systems within a few months Any recommendations?

ThermalTake Blue Orb, or the ThermalTake Crystal Orb seem to get the job done.
