overclocking help for amature

I have a AMD XP 2000+ on a Asus A7S333 with a Radeon 8500 DV and 256MB of DDR 2100 ram. I would like to overclock my pc but I don't know how to overclock it. Could some one please provide me with a detailed stip by step process on how to do this?
