I know that Visiontek has been on thin ice for a while financially, but they continue to give great support. I have an old Gf2 Ultra card with a broken HS fan, sent them an e-mail about it and they sent me a whole new HS w/ fan free. I even offered to pay them, but they just took the # off the card and shipped me a new part. Now if that isn't service what is? The card is about 2yrs old, this company should be commended for their customer support.
