I have used 5222.0,4222.0,3222.0, and 2222.0

Can any of these kill my RAM? Up until last night, I have always used 52220 and never changed it. I wonder if the lower you go, the better? I seem to score higher each time though. hmmm, this TwinMOS is good stuff. What is the absolute BEST timing for benchmarking? BTW, im not overclocked right now...

the lower you go, the better your performance, as those timings are access times, latencies, delays, etc...i don't think it'll hurt your ram, but your system can only take so much...if you go too low, you might not get a boot.
