Pls help with memory speed

I am running a MSI k7n2 motherboard, 2400+xp, 3200 corsair DDR memory. my memory timings are all at high speed and the boot screen says its running at 333 but my sisoft sandra scores are crap they don't even top DDR2100 i don't get it can any 1 help me. also ran cpuid and it says my system bus speed is 267mhz DDR. thx guys
 
I guess you are running async with fsb @133 and ram @ 333.
Get into bios, lower your multiple and bump up fsb, make ram run sync with cpu.
 
The XP 2400+ runs at 266MHz FSB stock and your PC3200 runs at 400MHz FSB stock.
As stated, you need to change your BIOS to reflect this. The RAM should run without needing to be overclocked unless you want to push it past the 400MHz, but you will need to try and get your CPU FSB to at least 140 or more to be at 333MHZ or higher. With the RAM running at 400MHz you should see good results on your Sandra benchmarks though.
