These Vendors any good?

Was looking at some stuff on the website of Abysstek.com ( http://www.abysstek.com ). Anyone have any experience with this vendor. Resellerrating is 10, but thats with only 1 user so for all I know this could be the guy running the site or the one and only satisfied customer. So, whatcha think?

Pchertz.com, comments? Resellerrating isn't that good in my opinion, but then, most of the negatives seem to come from people who don't understand how a restocking fee works.
