Is this RTV silicone and Siicone grease OK?

I could not find any of the recommended stuff, so I go these instead :


MGChemicals RTV Silicone Paste (http://www.mgchemicals.com/products/1035.html)

and

MGChemicals Translucent Silicone Grease (http://www.mgchemicals.com/products/8462.html)


Are they OK for sealing a MB and Video for a water chilled system?

Just tested my system @ no load and go down to -15C without trying hard!
