View Full Version : Nozzle for Nemesis?
I was thinking of making a nozzle similar to the one that was on the front page but more hyperbolic.
Do you guys have any suggestions on how wide I should the smallest part of the nozzle If I were to use the LT700 Pump (700gph 3m head)?
Maybe this could be simulated with some thermal analysis program. I was also going to get one with 1/32" channels.

I would say make the smallest part 1/8inch or just bigger.

That pump has a low head, so I'd opt for 1/8 to 1/4.

3meter head? thats a LOT, a 1/8inch nozzle woudl be awesome! Ben, thats the nemesis, the nozzle would look like hte WW nozzle. or should. so it would be the correct size..

Oh yes, thanks John!
I believe that Cathar went down to 3mm, and that would be 1/8 (3.175 actually).
I was still thinking about that round nozzle, could you tell?:D
I'm still questioning myself to what I should do when I go W/cing.
The definate parts are:
'75 F-150 Heatercore
Comair Rotron 172mm fan
LT700 pump (actual name LT4550)
but I am arguing about the WB.
I am going to go with either the nemesis with a nozzle plate or make my own jet impingement block like BB2k's new block idea.
