Does the 9700Pro use any power supplied by the motherboard?

I just wanted to know. My motherboard monitor says that the video card is recieving 1.56v but my motherboard can only set it these options: 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 1.8.

What about the motherboard? Does the video card take any power from the video card or does it only take power from the PSU directly?

The videocard needs power from PSU directly, with a small molex connector(floopy drive type).

I think it draws from both the agp and the molex.
Agp alone is unable to supply the high demand.
