Overclocking on this - BX-440-2 motherboard ?

can i overclock a pIII 450 on this board?
only one jumper - !
can't understand what to do?
and i saw in the list people running it at extreme speeds!
also -
what is this voltage / more cooling stuff?

If you only have 1 jumper it's probably clear cmos. Look in bios to adjust fsb etc. Always a good idea to read mobo manual. If you don't have one, look around and D/L one.
